NO REFUNDS POLICY

All sales of digital art Digital Artworks are final.
Due to the nature of digital goods and blockchain technology,
i do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

1. Nature of Digital Goods

1.1 Unique Digital Assets

Digital Artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind digital assets recorded on the Ethereum blockchain. Each Digital Artwork is individually numbered and cannot be replicated or replaced.

1.2 Immutable Transactions

Blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be altered, reversed, or cancelled once confirmed on the network. This technological reality makes refunds technically impossible.

1.3 Immediate Ownership Transfer

Upon purchase confirmation, the Digital Artwork is immediately transferred to your wallet address, completing the ownership transfer process.

1.4 Digital Art Appreciation

These are artistic collectibles to be appreciated for their creative value, not financial investments with guaranteed returns.

3. No Refunds - Complete List

Absolutely no circumstances qualify for refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Expectation of financial gain not being met
  • Market value fluctuations after purchase
  • Artwork not meeting subjective expectations

Technical Issues

  • User error in wallet setup or transaction execution
  • High gas fees or network congestion
  • Wallet incompatibility or technical issues
  • Failure to understand NFT technology

Artwork Characteristics

  • Rarity level or trait disappointment
  • Artistic style or visual appearance
  • Collection attributes or metadata

Market Factors

  • Secondary market performance
  • Changing market conditions
  • Project developments or changes

4. Gas Fees and Transaction Costs

4.1 Non-Refundable Fees

Ethereum network gas fees are separate from Digital Artwork purchase prices and are paid directly to the network for transaction processing. These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4.2 Price Transparency

All prices displayed on our website include clear separation between artwork cost and estimated network fees.

Fee Structure Clarity

Digital Artwork Price: Fixed price for the artistic work (e.g., 0.08 ETH)

Gas Fees: Variable network fees paid to Ethereum validators

Only the Digital Artwork price is set by us. All other fees are determined by third parties.

5. Legal Framework & Consumer Rights

5.1 Digital Art Nature

These are unique digital collectibles, not traditional goods or services. Blockchain technology makes transactions irreversible by design.

5.2 Global Policy

As a digital art project operating worldwide, all sales are final regardless of the buyer's location. This policy applies equally to all customers.
